Andrea Giorio

After graduating with honours in Economics and Business at LUISS of Rome, Andrea Giorio began his career at Banco di Roma in commercial banking in Italy and Germany.

He was the Head of Italian Business at DKB Bank (now Mizuho), responsible for corporate banking and structured finance, in Milan, London and Tokyo.

He was a consultant at McKinsey Co Italy in projects for financial institutions and utilities companies.

He worked at Cartasi as Business Director.

As General Manager of PMI Mortgage Insurance, he started up and managed the Italian portfolio for insurance coverage for residential mortgages and bank loans securitisation business.

For several years, he has been a consultant on corporate governance, also serving on Boards of Directors as Independent Director and Member/Chairman of Board Committees.

He is a Coach certified by ICF International Coaching Federation.
